Three programs, one curriculum — scaled to the student. Every class is taught by a 5th-degree master instructor.

Ages 5–7

Little Tigers

An introduction to the dojo for the youngest students. Focus, listening, balance, and coordination are taught through games, drills, and the first basic forms — in short sessions built for short attention spans.

Ages 8–13

Youth Tang Soo Do

The full curriculum at a youth pace: traditional forms, partner drills, and sparring fundamentals, alongside the discipline and respect that show up at home and in school.

Ages 14+

Teen & Adult

Traditional Tang Soo Do at full intensity — forms, one-step sparring, practical self-defense, and serious conditioning. Suitable for complete beginners and experienced martial artists alike.
